Error report after error report

As I was trying to get the server back online there were 2-3 dozen aborted
reboots (plus a variety of other errors). Now that the system is more or
less fully back online there is now a backlog of error reports that want to
be sent. One at a time.

I'm more than happy to submit them, but I don't want to click ok to send,
then wait, then click the close button only to have another box requesting
permission to send an error report immediately reappear.

Is there a way to send/cancel all of the queued error reports all at once?

Open services.msc and stop the error reporting service.
