Remote Assistance

Afternoon all,

Does anyone know whether there is an issue with using a Windows standard
2003 server to issue a Remote Assistance request? When I do this using
email as the invitation method, the email is sent successfully however
whenever I click on the email from the xp-client, I get taken to a window
that says. Has Microsoft stopped support for email invitations? I must
admit i'm a bit dated on this, just reviewing for the mcse.

Need to know the URL in the address bar of the browser when it says that.

Hmm,..that one doesn't help. What I was looking for was the server name in
the URL and was going to suggest that you need to make sure the way the name
is spelled in the URL resolves properly to the machine. Possibly the URL is
in the RA Request email?

I have never used RA,..so that is about all I can suggest.
