I recently requested from our hosting team the details of a network card in
one of our Web servers. They provided the list shown below. What command
line or support GUI did they use to produce that list?

I don't know of any command line tool built-in that displays that.
That level of detail looks like it was 3rd party app or utility that
produced it.
