RPC Server doesn't start

Hello,

I'm working on a new PC on Windows XP SP3.
Everything works fine when installing. After Widnows installation I have
installed motherboard and video card drivers => everything ok

I have work with the computer without problem.
But when starting the computer again, RPC server hasn't start !

So the session is very slow to be opened, copy/paste doesn't work, spooler
service and firewall doesn't work, and taskbar doesn't appears...

So, I have repaired Windows. Everything works fine. To be sure, I have
downloaded last drivers of motherboard and video card. Install OK and RPC was
coming back !

But, then I have installed Office 2007, and this one stop working at the
beginning of the installation and said : an error has occured while
installing Office 2007.

Then when working with Control Panel, Windows said me that he doesn't have
enough ressources to do the operation.

So I have restarted the computer, and, when openning the session bakc, RPC
doesn't works again !

I don't know what to do because repair of Windows doesn't seems to resolve
the problem.

Could you help me please.
