Hello,
We have a Windows 2003 SP2 file server in a 2003 native mode AD that uses
Global Security groups for controlling share level access. Once a user is
added to the security group, the permissions don't seem to be active right
away, and they continue to get access denied errors until they Log off and
back on to their workstation. Why is the new group membership not recognized
right away and is there any way to have it apply without the user doing a
relogin? All of our PC's are XP SP2.
Thanks!
Justin
