Before you attempt to migrate the applications, which is otherwise just a
matter of reinstalling them, you need to verify that they actually work on
Vista 64. The same goes for the hardware.
Copying data is really quite a straightforward task of copying. Locate the
data on the old system, find where you want to put it on the new one, and
copy the files and folders over. You can use a number of methods for this,
I usually use a network connection or a USB2 drive adapter or case.
