Need Windows CAL plus TS CAL?

There was a good disucssion of this back in Jan, but I don't recall a
certain outcome. Most of the thread participants seemed to think that a
Windows CAL had to be purchased for each TS user/CAL. Others thought
only the TS CAL was needed?

If you don't already have an agreement that gives you windows cal's, you
need to buy windows cal's.
