what will happen if I upgrade my Windows 2003 64bit server to a full Terminal
Server - I have Office 2007 standalone working fine on it now. Will it cause
an isse or just stop working due to TS status?

Thanks

It won't stop working but new users may have issues. your best bet would be
to uninstall/reinstall but you may want to try a repair as well. that might
do enough to fill the shadow key properly.
