updcrl.exe

I am wondering if it should matter that on my computer, I find this in
C:\Windows\system32

instead of in C:\Windows\System
as i have seen listed on some sites on the web....

No.

%system% points to C:\Windows\System 32 in WinXP.

Looks to be related to Outlook and Verisign certificates.

No. Both system and system32 are in the system's path. As they say on
