Since recent Microsoft updates were installed, I am now getting a message at
shutdown that
"CiceroUiWndFrame" needs to close.

I understand that this is a part of Office program to do with voice
recognition.

I have Office 2003 installed on XP Pro SP3

I don't use voice recognition.

How can I stop this occurring.

Thanks for any assistance.
