To get there right click on the desktop.
Select Properties
Click on Appearance
Click on the Advanced options
Find the one (it may be more than one) that has been set to really high font
sizes. It can vary.
They're selected by clicking on the area in the top graphic section, click
on that section and it will let you adjust it.
