How to print from remote desktop to my local pc's printer ?

Hi Sir/Miss ,

My boss use of his pc which is connecting with a local printer in his home ,
and this pc is using to connect to our company's terminal server from his
home.

He want to print from our company's terminal server to his home's printer.

Is it possible to do it ? & how to do ? Thanks so much !
