Exporting/Saving GPO for TS moving to new domain

We have a Windows 2003 R2 Server that is a Terminal Server in a
SBS2000 domain. We are replacing the SBS2000 Server with a SBS2003
Server. In the SBS2000 domain/AD, we created an OU for the TS and
created a GPO to lock it down for the TS Clients. We are going to move
this TS into the SBS2003 domain (which has a different server & domain
name from SBS2000) but we want to keep the GP we created for the TS.
How can we do that?

Download the Group Policy Management console from Microsoft and this
will allow to do exactly what you described.

We saw this download, but it is only compatible with Windows 2003
Server or XP. So can we put it on the TS mentioned above even though
it is not the DC? Or should we use an XP workstation?

Also, what will happen to the policy since the domain name changed?

Sorry, we did not read the description for the download correctly. In
a test environment we have it installed on an XP and can view the
forest of a SBS2000 domain. This test environment does not have a TS
in an OU to experiment with. We trying to find the export function, to
export the Default Domain Policy since that is all we have to
experiment with.

You can backup the GPO and then import it into the new environment.
