Error 1720

Guest
I tried to install the Blackberry Tools Manager V4.3 CD in my computer and
after running for several minutes, its shows "error 1720" which does not
allow me to install. The message continues by stating "There is a problem
with this windows installer pakage. A script required for this install to
complete could not be run. Contact your support personel or package vendor.
Custom Action RIM_install optional Tadminfiles script error-21473 19779,:line
8 column 1. I contacted Blackberry and had them help me with this issue.
After several suggested downloads (from Blackberry), the problem has not been
rectified. Verizon Wireless and Blackberry suggested that I contact Microsoft
to see if technical support would be able to help me with this matter. Any
help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Will R.
