Area code rules

what does area code rules do?.for example i create an area code rules and set
0353 as area code and choose Include all the prefixes in this area code button
and check Include the area code check box and finally choose dial check box and
set it to 1.what and how should i type phone number in phone dialer that
translates the area code rule that i've just created?

In order for dialing rules to work correctly, phone numbers must be
entered in "canonical" format. That is

+Country/RegionCode (AreaCode) SubscriberNumber

For example, if you wanted to call up George and tell him how you think
he ought to run the country, you would enter

+1 (202) 456-1111
