Crystal Reports VB.NET 2002 Standard

I hate to even ask this question. But I have spent hours researching this online and trying to find it in my software. I have Visual Basic.NET 2002 Standard and I am supposed to be able to get to Crystal Reports by going to Projects...Add New Item... and then selecting it. It isnt there and my computer shows that I have everything installed. I cant find it anywhere and can hardly even find support for VB.NET 2002. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
 
When you run the VS 2002 install does it show CR is selected?

Other than that try uninstalling it and trying again.
 
It doesnt even show Crystal Reports as an option to install, although it says right on the back of the box that it has it. It seems like VB.NET 2002 was short lived before 2003 came out and this might have been overlooked.
