parce que ca fait des année que je vit avec des americains qui ce pense les
meilleurs au monde(il pense que tout le monde devrait parler l'anglais), et
je ne connait pas beaucoup de personne autre que mes amis qui parle
francais.

I saw that too. To me though, it means that they _tried_ to enhance
features, or what not, but the 'enhancement' was really a step backwards
since it didn't work properly, and they didn't have time to 'undo' whatever
they did before shipping.
