Where to store command to launch in vs2019?

Hello,

As I found , vs2019 stores executable to launch and its arguments in the MyProject.vcxproj.user file
It's not useful because linked to the current user login. I need to share this info between all team members. Is any way to store this info in MyProject.vcxproj or any other project-wide file?
