Re: USB floppy during installation
Bobby,
You are talking about XP64, right?
Video:
Downloaded the latest NVidia
driver:
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
then modified the INF file to include 8400M GT. Search laptopvideo2go.com if
you don't know how to do this.
Audio:
No success yet. I'll let you know if it happens.
FN keys:
Sort of out of luck on this as well. There is a Sony Hotkeys utility that
must be run for the function keys to work. I ran this in Vista Ultimate
64-bit and all it gave me was the speaker on/off key. Since the audio isn't
working in XP64 I didn't even bother trying to run the hotkey utility. Go to
the sony support chat and request it if you can't find it otherwise. I'll run
the utility in XP64 and report back if I have any success.
You're probably not interested, but Vista 64-bit went pretty well. The only
issues are pretty much the hot keys and I also couldn't get the memory card
and sony memory stick working. Do you have any success with those?
